The website is yours, on your own domain. The $49 a month just keeps it hosted and looked after. It is month to month, never a lock-in, and if you ever leave you take the site with you. Most builders are the opposite: stop paying and your site disappears. Not here.

Is the monthly a lock-in contract?
No. Hosting and care is month to month. The site and the domain are yours. Stay for the care because it is handy, not because you are tied in.
What happens if I stop the monthly?
The site is yours, so you keep it. The monthly only covers hosting and looking after it. If you would rather host it yourself or move it on, that is your call and I will help you do it cleanly.
Are there any other costs?
Your own domain name if you do not have one yet, usually around twenty to forty dollars a year paid to the registrar, not to me. Beyond that, the prices on this page are the prices.
